Here's a healthy and delicious cookie recipe that kids are sure to love:

Oatmeal Banana Cookies


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or chopped nuts 






Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they are smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, raisins, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl with the bananas. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown on the bottom.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
